16 Years’ Cooperation Between AUTO STRONG and CCM, Designating the Use of COMORK Machinery

In the 2015 Taipei International Machine Tool Show (TIMTOS 2015), Ko-Yen displayed a red banner – “Subverting tradition: One-time processing for multiple-side shaping processing, increasing performance by 50%”, and successfully sold its the exhibiting GJ-400 model, generating great momentum!

AUTO STRONG leads the field in the power chucks and hydraulic cylinders industry, and has been a partner of Chuan-Yen (CCM) for 16 years.

In 2005, in response to AUTO STRONG’s brand positioning within the global high-end device industry, CCM enhanced AUTO STRONG’s competitiveness with their professional grinding processing services. CCM’s production capacity and high quality surpassed other firms, attracting the attention of AUTO STRONG’s President – Chiu-Fa Hsueh, who personally paid a visit. Upon discovering that CCM made its own machinery, he recognized that CCM had already surpassed other competitors in terms of technological capacity for grinding processing plants and praised CCM’s dedication to pursuing technological breakthrough and development.

The encouragement from the AUTO STRONG’s President was key in the nurturing COMORK’s development. In 2011, COMORK Precise Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded, with AUTO STRONG being its first client. AUTO STRONG purchased 4 sets of machinery from Ko-Yen to enhance its ability in meeting the huge market demand.

COMORK’s popular model GJ-400 CNC Internal Cylindrical Compound Grinding Machine is equipped self-developed interactive software, letting users design the processing interface that best fit their needs, drastically improving production flexibility and solving AUTO STRONG’s desire of escaping tradition; successfully reducing production costs with optimized processing procedures while at the same time raising production capacity and meeting all demands.

It believes that “rolling stones gather no moss”: Zero-tolerance in machinery precision relies on a step by step approach. Ko-Yen knows that to reach the peak, you must seek improvement non-stop. Every grinding process is a chance to improve. Ko-Yen constantly pursues self-improvement, and expects to generate greater value for its partners.
